Capacity building

Professional cultural immersion, communication practice, and Dutch-style workflows for selected ICT graduates in Egypt.

Phase 2
Pilot cohorts

Small, supervised teams working on real collaboration scenarios to refine alignment and delivery habits.

Phase 3
DOT deployment

Dutch companies plug into DOT teams as a distant office twin – same expectations, different geography.

Phase 4
Scale & replicate

Expand DOT to more teams and use the model as a repeatable standard for Dutch–Egypt nearshoring.
